Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return
- Email us at support@getsculptara.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label or return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
- We're happy to exchange items for a different variant. Contact us to arrange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
International Returns
- We accept returns from all countries we ship to. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may apply for international orders — we'll confirm this when you reach out.
